Mary Potter Apartments, 444 Durham Street, Residential Development

The new Residential Development for the Little Company of Mary, New Zealand at 444 Durham Street, Christchurch.

The development includes twelve residential units comprising of two one bedroom dwellings and ten two bedrooms dwellings, associated carpark and extensive landscaping.

The exterior finishes include vertical cedar weatherboards, Eurotray Roofing and Wall Cladding and other specialist finishes.

Higgs Construction and our subcontractors worked closely with the Architect, Warren & Mahoney and the client to complete this stunning new residential facility.
