Village Health Lincoln Road

Higgs Construction delivered the two level, Village Health Medical Centre complex in early 2019.

The structure is a mix of structural steel and long run LVL timber members on an specific designed foundation. Large pre-nail frames clad in continuous vertical cedar weatherboards and coloursteel traditional tray cladding along with a large architectural window suite completes the building.

Internally the two story building is fitout to suit the medical centre client and various other medical practitioner small suites. A pharmacy and other medium sized tenancies for non-medical related businesses fit within the single level wing.

The Higgs Construction team of Phil George (Project Manager) and Daryl Smith (Project Quantity Surveyor) successfully completed the project on programme and within budget.
